Inspirations

My personal yoga and spiritual journey began in my late twenties, at a time when I was in a high pressure creative job and my spiritual health, mental health and physical well-being were suffering. My intuition led me to explore yoga, and as my practice deepened, so did my need to learn it on a deeper level.

So, I mixed this new passion for wellness, health and spirituality with travel. My wanderlust led me to my first yoga teacher training course in Goa, India, where I learned that traditional yoga is not only about the physical asanas (poses), but much more focused on the mental and spiritual inner journey and a rich philosophical approach.

A few years later, I travelled to Bali, where I completed my second, more advanced yoga teacher training, and spent weeks in silent meditation, self reflection and contemplation. 

My own personal yoga and meditation practice continues, and this yoga art collection is my fusion of spirituality, yoga, zen, art and humour, where I convey in a playful and light manner some of the profound teachings that have transformed my life - in a modern and approachable style that can connect with anyone.
