The product prices displayed are exclusive of all duties and taxes. The recipient is liable for all local sales taxes, import duties, customs and levied by the country you are shipping to. You may find more details for return/exchange here

Shipping & Delivery


We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this. All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post service. Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, and will usually be received within 2-3 business days. On all orders of 100 CAD or more, the shipping is FREE of charge. For orders under $100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout according to your order and location.


International orders will be shipped via Canada Post . A tracking number will be provided following dispatch. Items usually arrive within 5-7 working day however please note that some international shipments can take up to 3 weeks.

International shipping costs automatically populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address.

However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. We are not able to quote customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.


You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days after receiving your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at within 7 days of receiving your package and we will provide a return address.

Returned items must be in the original condition they arrived in with any boxes or labels still intact. Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive your item if you wish to return your item. Goods must arrive within the 7 day refund or exchange period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.  

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until received at the Awol showroom. The refund/exchange will not be processed until we have received the package back at our showroom. Please note Creations Awol does not accept liability for returned goods.

Please allow 3-5 days working days for your money to show up in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
