Inspirations

This black and white yoga and wine illustration was created following two  transformative spiritual journeys I made through Bali and India, where I completed two yoga yoga teacher trainings.

These yoga and meditation adventures were a deep dive into self exploration, travel, spirituality, philosophy and meditation, fusing yoga, and conciousness with friendship and discovery.

They transformed my world view and my outlook on life, adding lightness, positivity, perspective and clarity into my daily life. With this artwork, I wanted to merge my love for travel with the art of living yoga, as a reminder that life is indeed about finding that perfect balance, whatever that means for you.

Creative Process

Hand illustrated in a modern, minimalist black and white art style, for this yoga artwork I used pencil, a fountain pen and black ink to draw the figure of the woman in her yoga pose and the hand lettering above her.

I subsequently scanned the artwork and edited it in digital software to enhance the contrasts and make it crisp, clean, and perfect, ready for your yoga studio, meditation space or for your wall decor. I hope this artwork brings a smile to your face and your space.
