Inspired by years of returning to Le Plongeoir, La Réserve, and Coco Beach in Nice, France, this artwork is a reflection of a place that has stayed with me long after I left it. In every season, these familiar shores have become part of my own story—from summer days spent watching cliff jumpers dive into the Mediterranean to winter walks around Cap de Nice on the way to Villefranche-sur-Mer. Over time, the shimmering light on the water, the iconic diving board of Le Plongeoir, and the timeless charm of Breton stripes became more than memories—they became the feeling of endless Côte d'Azur summers and the effortless elegance of French Riviera style. More than a seaside scene, Taking the Plunge is an invitation to embrace adventure, sunshine, and the simple joy of taking the leap.
