The slim canvas has an approximately 2cm /0.8" thick wood stretcher bar, while the thick canvas has an approximately 4cm /1.6" thick wood stretcher bar. Both options come with hanging hardware included for easy installation.

Colored edges are not supported

The canvas substrate uses a coated fabric: a blend of cotton and polyester, providing a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover and a thickness of 350-400 microns, giving you a sturdy and durable product.

A hanging kit with hanging hardware is included for easy installation.

To ensure no damage during transportation, the canvas print is shipped in protective packaging and a strong box.

During my travels by the North Sea and Scandinavian destinations, I drew hundreds of fish using black ink on paper, experimenting with black and white shapes, patterns, lines, and with an extreme simplification of shapes and elements.

My artistic goal was to create simple yet impactful minimalist artworks that capture the essence of Scandinavian simplicity.

I combined the fish drawings with hand drawn patterns made of lines, waves, and abstract shapes. When I felt I reached a perfect balance of movement and simplicity, I transferred the original artwork and re-drew the graphic patterns using digital software, ensuring sharp lines and precise symmetry.

As a final step, I enhanced the contrasts, highlights and shadows, fine-tuning the details to ensure a crisp and high quality reproduction into a modern black and white canvas art print.
